Anicet Vicknair brings a hands-on approach to growth built over years in sales, business development, construction, and insurance. He started in the oilfield — welder’s helper to structural welder — before moving into automotive sales, where he found a knack for building relationships, understanding what customers actually need, and driving revenue.
That path led him through the property and insurance world as a building consultant, licensed public adjuster, and in the roofing industry — giving him firsthand experience with the operational and sales challenges service-based businesses face every day.
