This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior and engagement required of all clients, partners, and representatives working with Four Pillar Marketing. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with the following terms.
Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and lawful manner at all times. Harassment, abusive language, threats, intimidation, or inappropriate behavior toward Four Pillar Marketing staff, contractors, or partners will not be tolerated.
Four Pillar Marketing reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if conduct violates these standards.
All communications must remain professional, timely, and constructive. Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information when requested
Respond to reasonable requests within agreed-upon timeframes
Use designated communication channels for project-related matters
Excessive, disruptive, or inappropriate communication may result in delayed services or restricted access to support channels.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all materials, data, claims, representations, and content provided are accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable regulations.
Four Pillar Marketing is not responsible for consequences resulting from inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information supplied by the Client.
Clients agree not to request, encourage, or require Four Pillar Marketing to engage in activities that violate:
Applicable local, state, federal, or international laws
Advertising regulations
Platform policies (including Google, Meta, email, SMS, or other digital platforms)
Four Pillar Marketing will not execute deceptive, fraudulent, or non-compliant marketing practices and may refuse requests that pose legal, ethical, or reputational risk.
Clients must remain current on all invoices and payment obligations. Failure to maintain payment compliance may result in:
Suspension of services
Withholding of deliverables
Revocation of access to systems or accounts
Interest on outstanding invoices
Non-payment does not relieve the Client of contractual obligations.
Clients agree to operate within the agreed-upon scope of services. Requests outside of scope require written approval and may incur additional fees.
Clients represent that they have the authority to approve decisions, content, and expenditures related to the services provided.
Clients must respect the confidentiality of Four Pillar Marketing’s processes, systems, strategies, documentation, and intellectual property. Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or use of proprietary materials is prohibited.
Clients are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and access permissions for platforms, tools, or accounts connected to services provided. Four Pillar Marketing is not responsible for issues arising from unauthorized access or security failures outside our control.
Four Pillar Marketing reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Client is engaging in bad-faith behavior, including but not limited to:
Repeated scope abuse
Unreasonable demands
Attempts to circumvent payment or contractual terms
Actions that materially interfere with service delivery
Such behavior may result in suspension or termination of services without refund.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in corrective action, suspension of services, or termination of the Agreement. All outstanding balances remain due and payable regardless of enforcement action.
Engagement with Four Pillar Marketing constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of this Code of Conduct.
